    UPS Quantum still states that the label was prepared on 7/1 and estimated delivery is still 7/9.

    still haven't had update on mine since the 7/1. this is the message it gives me when i put in my tracking number

    A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated.

    Can I please get an update? Still no update on UPS tracking number, havent heard from you, other than posts to this thread promising updates.

    Not to be a dick, but considering I paid you on June 28th, and I have no update today on July 17th, I would really like to know for sure that I am getting these mats within the next week, or I would like my money refunded.

    I understand that things happen, and there is a reference to some of that on this thread, but I really wish you would at least return communication.

    anybody else having a problem filing a dispute with paypal? when i attempt, it states

    "We're sorry, but this transaction cannot be disputed because it is not a purchase of goods or services. Please contact the recipient directly."
