Ok, so I'm a bit new and I don't know how this works. I want to be on the 2016 list. How do I do this? Do I have to pay upfront or do I pay when the sets are available for shipping?

I talked to weathertech the other day and they said earliest a month or latest 2 months. So I'm hoping by thanksgiving!!!
