Thanks guys, after looking at the pics I like the gray with my gray interior. I ordered yesterday and called Weathertech and had them change the color...

I have had the weathertechs in my 08 jeep liberty since we bought it and this past winter they were flawless..my wife is always one to pinch a penny but when it came to the mats for the Taco she said get the weathertechs!

I had Huskys in my old Jeep Cherokee and they were flawless also but the weathertechs in my opinion are a better product

The grey is a perfect match, and you'll be happy with it.

    Reply to my Husky inquiry:

Currently we only have the traditional "diamond plate" patterned liners for the Tacoma Double Cab trucks. I have attached photos of them for your review.

I like those new huskys (from the pics anyway) and I think they will better give weathertech a run for their money.

Wish he could give a better indication of whether they are working on it or never will for our Tacoma's.

i've got black weathertechs in the front and back...they are pretty bad ass and keep the snow, mud, sand on the weathertechs...even with removing them its extremely easy to clean...

Very likely they will produce them for the Tacoma and Tundra. I was told they have already made them for the Fords and Chevy's. They don't want to advertise it widely as it would chill current sales I would guess.

Id still love to see some pics of black ones in a clean grey interior. Ive got black on the way based on the fact that I liked the contrast of the black TRD carpet mats.

Gotta say though...that first picture of the grey looks great! But I think the lighting may make it look like they blend more than they really do. So far Ive been using these as reference...

I have been thinking of getting a set myself, personally I am leaning towards the black.

Are they worth the money? thats a lot of cash for floor mats? Will they massage my feet or sing to me? Are they that good or are you paying for the name?

That's hilarious that a thread about floor mat color can yield 2000 views.

edit: Let me add something useful

Black is the way to go. Matches the factory floormat color and it matches the dash better. I thought about getting grey but it would have looked like the grey carpet/washed out.

Go Black. It's a nice contrast to the interior which has a ton of gray already.

Here is something useful: those of you with WeatherTech digital fit floor liners, look at where your heel rests on the driver's side and report back wear indication? Anyone with a hole yet?

A hole? No hole in mine. Although I don't really care about the condition of my mats. They are to protect my carpet.

Are people going to to start buying floor mat protectors? Little mats to cover the floor mats?

They have a lifetime warranty anyway.

You cant beat the coverage and fit.

The Weathertech Floor Liners do NOT have a lifetime warranty. It's 3 years and DOES NOT cover holes worn through by your heel.......yeah, they are just floor liners, but for $175 one should expect them to not get holes in ~2-3 years of NORMAL USE.
