Herd of this as well. No problems in my Taco. If it does catch, just cut away the mat where it is catching.

I ordered the Weather Tech All Weather floor mats on March 28,2007. I called on April 20,2007 to see what the holdup was. I was told that they haven't arrived yet. They are still on the water, was the exact phrase she used. So I guess I'll have to wait for them. It's been raining here off and on for a week. The factory mats act like sponges soaking up every drop of water. I bet they'll arrive when I need them the most, probably during a drought.:(

LOL How did you keep a straight face on that one. I feel your pain having ordered them on April 2nd. I called Friday too. Was told it takes 14 days blah blah blah then the service rep looked up my order date and was like "oh yeah" they are in stock I'm not sure why they aren't picked yet. They'll ship out today. We'll see.... especially after your post. May need to reconfirm on Monday and i'll make sure to ask about the water. :p

Ok after reading Sneakers post and the info I got from Weathertech on Friday, I called to confirm shipping on my liners. I didn't get a confirmation email like I had in the past either sooooo...today I find out their is no record in my order history of my Friday phone call. New Customer Svc Rep Guy trys to track down who said to me on Friday they were "in stock" and "would be shipped expedidited". Long story short, this guy went the extra mile find out what the deal was. Apparently, they are re-tooling the production line making new molds for the 07's since the floor is different. Because of this, less lines are making the 05/06's. He called another distribution warehouse and located a set for my 06 and said I would have them Thursday and apologized for the shipping fiascos due to not enough product. Re-tooling or not, the guy was sympathetic & agreed it was not acceptable & shipped them 2-day which I thought was cool.

Now I'm curious on the fit. I was always happy with Weathertech Floor Liners in my Tundra. Time will tell.

Anyway, sneakers if you are reading this call em' back.

I received my mats today. I guess I really don't appreciate people not being up front with me. If the sales person would have told me there was going to be a delay that probably would have been OK. It must takes a few days to get here from England by boat or I would have received the mats sooner.

Snow or no snow these mats keep your floor cleaner than any other mat out there. Easy to clean and covers your floor completely. A must have for anyone who wants to extend your trucks interior life.

I also bought the floor liners direct from the manufacturer and I must add that they are the best floor mats/protectors I've ever used. However, there is something I found that I'm not happy with. My '07 Double Cab Taco has heater vents under the front seats that blow warm air from under the front seats into the rear floor area. The factory mats allow this air to pass but the Floor Liners have a lip on the front that blocks the warm air from the underseat vents. I thought about telling the manufacturer about it but changing the design to accomodate the heater vents would probably reduce the capacity of the rear liners to hold fluid. And I also thought about cutting part of the front lip off the rear liners to allow the warm air to pass but according to the marketing stuff it's a multi-layer material. Anybody else have thoughts about this?

Has anyone ordered them for the 08 and have had problems with them. I ordered mine for the double cab from weather tech and they came pretty quickly. they all fit great except for the drivers side. the holes don't line up with wear the holes in the floor are and it just doesn't sit in there tight like the rest do. it moves around a lot. it seams to be like an inch off to one side. i called and they said i have the right part number and they want me to send them pictures. haven't done that yet but im curios if anyone else has had a problem.

I ordered and recieved my Weathertech liners for my 08 double cab and they fit perfectly. Maybe they are mistaken and sent your the wrong ones. However, I did read in a previous thread that someone else experienced a similiar problem with their liners (no sure if it was for an 08 though). Definitely pursue this and send them the pictures.
