Weathertech mudflaps, with flares version, are now available. We're about another 4 weeks out from having the without flares version available. 110055approval.jpg 120055approval.jpg 2016Tacoma_FlaresVSnoflares.jpg

Did they make them longer? Are they plastic or rubber? Do they bend? What are the mounting points? How much do they cost? Are there even mud flaps in your last picture set?

Yes, they're easy to install. They use existing hole locations, no drilling. OEM bolts/hardware is supplied where necessary. Shouldn't take more than a couple minutes per mudflap to install.

I don't have the specs on the toyota mudflaps, availability issues. 110055(fronts) are about 9" from the ground. 120055(rears) are about 11" from the ground. They're a polypropylene material that does bend. $35/set. Mounting points are 4 for both front and rear. You can see them in the pictures. No flaps on the last picture. Wanted to show the difference between a tacoma with and without flares. P1060735.jpg

Those look better the OEM's... and right now Toyota does not have wide spread stock of theirs, so I will get these instead I think...

I'm going to be honest, I'm totally confused by "flares" and "no flares".... your pictures are confusing.

The OR and Sport have a flare "lip" around the wheel well. The SR's do not.

The SR5 with the "Appearance Package" does have the flares. Otherwise, no flares.

Let us know when the "No Flare" version is available. You'll have my business.

I won't know I don't guess. Don't think I'll be checking to see if they have the "No Flare" version.
I have mine on the truck. Took about 20 minutes to put them on.

I actually meant for WTequipped to let us know about the no-flares.

lol. No worries. By the look of your avatar you have unpainted fender flares.

    Sorry for the confusion.

Our terminology could be different than what you're accustomed to.
We call the plastic wheel lip moldings that Toyota has on their Tacoma's "fender flares".
They're the 4" wide plastic pieces that are attached and wrap around the metal fender. They come either painted or unpainted.
They cover the area where the mud flaps attach and affect the contour and attachment points of the mud flap.

Take a look again at the 3 truck pictures.
    1. Truck 1 has no flares but the metal fenders have creases in them too look like it. Also, the rear has a much different rock chip guard. And the front bumper is unpainted.
    2. Truck 2 has painted flares.
    3. Truck 3 has unpainted flares.
