Weathertech shipping?

Anyone have an issue ordering their weathertechs? I ordered mine 3 weeks ago and I still don't have them. I have called and emailed weathertech and they have not returned my emails.

I am thinking of canceling with weathertech and buying them elsewhere, any ideas?

 

i ordered from weathertech and received my mats in less than a week. try calling and check on the status. cuz the last thing you want is thinking you cancelled your order, then ordering from another site to find out weathertech already shipped them out

 

yeah thanks. I finally got them on the phone, my mats are being made as we speak. I did not know they needed to be made??? I thought it was just a matter of shipping a set to me. I guess they are custom fit for the 2011.

 

bought some last week. they shipped in two days.

 

They said it was the 2011 that held it up, and the passenger side hooks as well?

 

Ordered mine on sunday, just checked the website they are still in processing.

 

for 2011 models they are taking sweet time took me about a month before i got mine

 

i dont have any hooks on the passenger side. maybe thats why i got mine quickly?

 

Well Ill let you know when mine go to shipping, mine is a 06 double cab, no hooks on passenger side.

 

There was just a 180+ person group order that went in. Lots of snags with it too. They just switched over to a new computer system, people have been getting front and rears shipped seperately with shipping charges on both. There was a major back order from their factory. Etc etc.

It took me about 2 weeks before I even got my phone call from them confirming my order, and another 2-3 weeks before I got a shipping notice from FedEx about them. All it said was that they have the order submitted, but no tracking number or anything like that yet.

 

Haha go figure I just got a email from fed ex saying they are being shipped!

I checked the actual weathertech website it still says processing.



WOW just checked fed ex they say it should be here TOMORROW!!!

I dont think so but hey ok!!!


Shipping weight is 10lbs guessing both sets are in there (front and back) not sure though. I cross checked the reference numbers to weathertech to make sure this wasnt something else and they are correct so they must be the weathertechs.


If they show up tomorrow I will be highly impressed!

How much did you save ? I ordered mine online from Weathertech Canada and had them in my truck in 8 days .

 

I bought front and rear mats for my 2010 (which has passenger-side hooks). The fronts shipped pretty quickly, however the rears took a few weeks.

I got them through the TW group buy, paid $140 including shipping.

Well worth the wait, I am very impressed with them.

 

They are awesome mats for sure .

 

$158.50 I paid.

But I'm still waiting on info from FexEx saying it has shipped. They have received the shipping details, but they havn't picked it up yet.

 

Took 3 days to get mine to my front door

 

It's the same with UPS.

I try to get anything from the states shipped via USPS.

I don't see why they send a bill after you've already received the item. That's basically working on the honour system.

 

ok! think you been wait`n longrder date 10/2/10 ordered clearcover plate frames and techshade.to the tune of 140.85 after 22.00 shipping oh yeh paid up-front by the way!!.received the frames within 2-weeks, and yes still waiting for the imfamous techshade i spoke with cust svc some crap bout allow 14-21 days really how about 3-4 months!!!!. somebody else order this all-bet ya get it before xmas. 2010 access cab.

 

I got my weathertechs yesterday...so happy they made it before xmas!

OH WAIT A MINUTE!!! none of them fit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
