Picked up a set last week. Installation was easy, but they seem to interfere with the operation of the window. On the driver and passenger front, when the window rolls up it sort of contacts the ventvisor then struggles to get closed. I don't care for that. Has anyone else noticed this? I checked for proper installation and even reinstalled.

Leave em up on a sunny day.....maybe the heat will help soften the visors a little bit and conform a tad better.

I've got tint and have zero scratches in it, and the windows roll up just fine.....maybe try calling weathertech, they have awesome customer service

Vent visors are the answer to a question nobody asked.

Mine are a bit tight but only right before they roll all the way closed, just confirms that they're nice and snug in there. Its not scratching the window just a little snug fit. I followed the directions too and let them sit for about 24hrs before rolling them down and i got em from this last Christmas, driver side is a smidgen looser fitting then passenger

Nice for being able to roll down the window when it's raining for any number of reasons.
It's an extra sun visor for states that don't allow tint.

I ran them on my '03 Tundra and '06 Silverado, even though I never smoked in those vehicles.
I liked them, and have considered putting them on the Taco.

It is nice to get fresh air in when ur driving.....when it rains tho, our doors slope soo much up to the roof, that without visors the rain just seems to pour right in.

Specially if ur at a drive thru and placing ur order.....even a small drizzle seems to roll pooled up water off the roof and right into the cab.

Def nice to have on those long drives in rain.....fresh air wakes u up, but keeps water out.

Some people want to crack open the windows a little when it's raining. Where I live, the humidity is too high, so I have to keep the windows closed and run A/C when it's raining.

Mine made a noise when I rolled the windows up, I called WT and they said to spray a little silicone spray where the window is rubbing. I did it and have had no issues sense.

I had that problem until I had to replace my windshield due to a huge crack from a rock
. The new weatherseal has a raised water channel on the side that diverts the water up and over the door. No more water in the window.

Mine are pretty tight. I've had them for awhile and every now and then i get a squeak and struggle when closing, but it's gotten better. I have tint and zero scratches. The benefits of having them in the PNW far outweigh the annoying tightness of them.

I installed mine this weekend and noticed that I put the small tab (without tape)in the window frame, it actually goes between the mirror and the door. Now they work great.

If they are too tight, roll windows all the way up and get a hair dryer to warm up the rubber around the window inside and out. Don't get them too hot, you should be able to touch them still! Let them cool down naturaly and after about an hour or so you shouldn't have a problem. Mine didn't do this but my wife's Rav4 you couldn't roll the window up it was so tight it made it go down aka the saftey feature. Did this and it was fixed!

They are also good in winter with heater and/or defroster going to let out heat so it doesn't get all stuffy in cab.....if you don't just open slider. OK rr slider window lets rain in off the roof of cab so if cold and snowy/rainy then these help a lot so it doesn't get all wet or stuffy in the cab.

Love mine , even installed them in 38* weather , no problems . Make absolutely certain the front edge rests on top of the edge of the door opening , not down inside of it .

I had a set on my 3rd gen 4Runner and loved them. I was worried at first with all the power window issues everyone was talking about but after they "broke in" I never had any problems after. For this reason I plan to purchase a new set for my 1st gen taco. I love this product for its added functionality and looks!
