Im trying to run my web cam out my window to keep an eye on my dogs when im at work. For the life of me, I cant figure out how to do it...

I can get it to show up on my computer just fine, but i cant connect remotely...

Is there a free program somewhere that will let me connect to my webcam from work?

I've been trying Windows Media Encoder...
