    Wouldn't it be easier to have two thread? A west side meet thread and a east side meet thread? THat way if you can't make it out to one you have another opportunity to go to another. Same thing goes for distance. Its a pain for the west side guys to get over here in the evening and same for the east side guys to go to the west. Two threads would make it simpler then one.

    Its all about organization and having a clean thread thats easy to read and know exactly what's going on on what day and what time. On another site we do this and it is WAY easier and we have more people show up to the weekly meets. They also have threads for the Northern part of az and the Southern also so all those guys can get together on a regular basis and not have to make the trek all the way to Phoenix to hang with people that like the same things they do.
