You can't forget about the livestock display and competition lol. There were 2 fairs that we went to this weekend. One small one and a fairly large one. We've got a couple more to go to this fall. Today they had the tractor pulls using the progressive sleds. I had to work unfortunately. :(

I just set up a new construction camera that saves a picture every 10 minutes. This morning I was checking that it was still working and looking through the shots it took and was greeted with this lovely shot of part of my face.

Ahahahahaha. Small world. In the early 80's I was laid off like 12 times in 2 years so I had to get out. Been back a few times. It's still on my bucket list to visit again. Lots of good work experience too.

Love Missouri. These Germans keep their shit straight, just like Ohio. Grass is cut, fence is painted, and they'll shoot a idiot in a heartbeat...LMAO

Ah yes, I’ve been to Nelsonville and Lancaster, as well as Columbus. I had friends who lived in Logan as well.

About the same here, but there is a mix of Italians and Germans. So, you'll either be shot and buried and no one will talk about you again...or you'll be knifed and put in the town square.

Oh yeah, the livestock was half the show! Our county fair had an old sawmill too that they ran off a tractor's belt drive, that was always cool.
El Paso has the livestock display on point for sure. When they actually do a rodeo it's great too.

Southern Ohio, Wilmington area. I was born up north in Massillon though.

Spent a lot of time in German Village, my dad's cousin lives there, in the house that's been in his family since it was built.

You should see my Dad's yard:rofl:

Looks like he cut it with a pair of scissors? Ahahahahahahahahaha....true story.
German Village is beautiful and old...like really old.
Mom and Dad are buried up at the Veterans Cemetary in Dayton. That's probably where I will end up too. Love Ohio.
