For a few years now, I’ve said when I retire I’m driving to Alaska until my front tires hit the Arctic ocean. I retired on August 1 this year, all the Covid craziness prevented the trip from happening. A trip will happen in 2022 to one of these locations (I’m still holding out for Alaska and the NWT).

My wife and I are wanting to drive to Tuktoyaktuk in the Northwest Territories one year, so I've got a rough idea what you are planning on. We are still working, so our trip is a few years in the future. Best of luck on your journey.

No sir! Was a good truck, but I couldn't resist the fact that they were giving me more than I paid for it after I put 20,000 miles on it. Honestly I don't miss it that much as this thing is awesome. Better gas mileage, just as fast, all wheel drive, and way more creature comforts :D

Entry: Spending more time intentionally/deliberately. I had some leftover ingredients from a dinner party I cooked for last night and repurposed them for a breakfast with the wife. It’s been several weeks of nonstop gogogo for a few months and I’ve realized how much I miss sinking solid time/effort into fewer “things”.

beef tenderloin, garlic chili brussels sprouts, eggs, and smoked salt.
