    As a local San Diegan, I can honestly say that I haven't been in the water in over a decade. Weird but true lol. I used to surf a lot in my younger days and always stuck to north county waters. Definitely felt warmer up there plus fewer stuck up tourists.

    Come to think of it.... San Diego was the first place I experienced a sunset. As far as warmer weather goes, I'm from Texas and my friend that still lives there sent me a pic of his dash that said 107 deg. You're not alone.... and I don't buy into the whole global warming thing..... it's just hot. ;)

    Critter isn’t the only one doing a photo of a photo thing this week. This photo printed on canvas was taken by my late father when he lived in New Zealand. What at first appears to be clouds is actually mist-covered rolling hills riddled with sheep.
