    Great photo! A lot of good memories there,
    I have a tractor the same as the one the left. John Deere M .They were built from 1947-1952.My grandfather bought a John Deere MC in the mid 1950’s that my brother still uses for cutting wood in the winter and making maple syrup in the spring.
    The MC is on tracks like this one. They have a distinct sound as they are a parallel twin but with 270 degrees difference on the timing,
