    Nice, I never thought to do that. I have extender tubes that work, but I don't usually mess with them.

    And I always shoot manual anyways :p. So it's all good.

    Hey that is a common trick with the cheap Pentax nifty fifty (50mm 1.8 plastic wonder) too! Well done Murph, it normally takes a number of shots to get a keeper doing that but that is the case with macro lenses anyhow IMO.

    I've gotten pretty good at getting it close on the first exposure after 32 years in photography. I can usually get nighttime exposures like that also since I've taken so many over the years.

    oh my nifty fifty is cheap plastic too, just canon, lol. I adore my 24mm f/2.8 the most. I dream of the 16-35 f/4 IS!

    Well I have inspected all the photo's and to streamline my lateness (after my absolute mess up the other day)
    My top 3 mentions and reasons in no specific order
    1. Spintly (Greg) - I like the angle picked to capture something simple yet rustic. Good texture found all over the picture.

    2.Shipps (Josh) - Colors and detail found in the picture are captivating and it would have probably beat mine out last week as well.

    3. Taco16Jesse - I love the badge and its detail in b&w.

    I have to Give this one to Shipps. I have to admit that it was hard between this photo and Taco16Jesse's photo.
