    Congrats Jason. Great picture. what camera are you using?
    Anyone good with canons? recent issues made this one if the only shots to turn out for her. the lighting in the room is causing the color to tinge but focus wise it was hard.
    Thanks. Front camera on my s6 and used in phone editing to make the flare and cartoon effect. the sun really was bright though. hard time looking around that day.

    The issue with the canon above? I would suggest Back Button Focus. it has done wonders for me. I have a 6d which only has the center crosstype focus point. it's great for that. if you have a 5d III or above you probably won't need it, lol... I keep my white balance on auto and shoot in raw. It gets it right most of the time, but shooting in raw allows me to change it if needed.

    Really depends on the model for fine tuning. But some things to look into too...
    AI servo mode
    Back button focus
    Single AF point to shoot through the net.
    Distance limit switch on lens if it has one?
    AI servo tracking sensitivity - slow it down maybe? This should keep it locked on the subject longer before jumping to the net.

    @BuzzardsGottaEat Thanks for the feedback and giving me the win this week! I'd have to agree with you about the Matte BW in LR. Looked much better in editing and I lost a lot of depth when exporting. Either way I appreciate you taking the time out to notice the little things and help me be a better photog!

    @2big4arunner I am using a 6D and it was a 50mm Prime.

    @medic2230 PM sent! Looking forward to the entries this week, should be a fun challenge! It's hard not to have a duplicate challenge for those of you who have been participating for a while now...

    But you have to have the dogs dig out each and every bird out of the grass, tullies and cattails; both pheasants and sharptails. And avoid stepping in hidden badger holes that will break your leg. And tripping on old barbed wire fences sunk in the grass that you can't see. No matter how you do it hard to be graceful when you hit the ground :) It does look a lot like the sea in a lot of ways, just saying... :D

    Posting for the "Landscape-Get Low" challenge. Was in the Outer Banks this afternoon and saw this lonely piece of grass on one of the sand dunes. It conveniently calls into this weeks challenge.
