Yes, the expression says it all! "Don't point that thing in my direction!" He hates having his picture taken.

Headed to the Mississippi river today looking to shoot an eagle or 2. Cold and windy not a big surprise here this time of year. But first time in a long time the sun came out. Found an adult that I was able to get closer to than usual.

Best part... it's a m43 camera. So impressed and it's not their top model anymore.

I'm with you! 100 ISO is prime. 200 you can still get sharp with no signs of grain. I can shoot up to 400 if REALLY desperate, but if I shoot above 400, no magazine accepts it.

    Nice shot @Beers !

I was out of town and didn't get a chance to take a shot. Let's see what this weeks challenge brings. I'm a few blocks away from the superbowl festivities here in Houston. We'll see if I can work that into the new challenge.

Thank you all. These challenges have been great to get me to look at subjects in a different manner. The next challenge will have some inspiration from my last shot. :)

Here is another "break the rules" example for inspiration. This one was unintentional but came out kind of cool. I had the shutter setup to capture motion blur around another subject when this car came around the corner. I tried to get the shot with panning which almost worked out except I had the image stabilization turned on. Panning with this particular image stabilization (2 axis, on or off) was definitely breaking the rules of use for it yet it came out kind of cool.
