    It's the pedestrian tunnel from the Whittier, AK marina under the railroad tracks over to the 'downtown' area.

    It won't upload a picture at my current crappy cell service area, but it leads over to side of the city with the old Army Buckner Building.

    Seward AK. I've been there once for a week. It fell on the forth of July. Kinda crappy to see fireworks at midnight with the sun still up. Pretty cool tiny town. The "Pit". They need one in every town. Ha
