There was a dude in one of the 3rd gen forums that just posted a hitch mount he made to hold a 4 or 5" x 20' flag pole. Maybe I could...nah. I'm not that dumb.

    Better? :D

Started in the afternoon, ran the pass with doors and roofs off.. Buffet at the casino, then ran the pass on the way back starting at about 11pm. Good times, tundra has been retired from any type of trail where body damage is a possibility...I'm over that garbage.

Usually it's a bit colder, that's at 12k ft. Lowest the temps got were 30s, pretty windy up top though.

Could've fooled me. It has that fish-eye look of a drone picture.

My submission. One of my customers has this flag at his business. He told me that it is 20' x 40'. And I just realized that you can't tell because there is nothing in the picture to show scale.

My entry. America is built on agriculture.
    Screenshot_20180921-203128_Photos~2.jpg

For those who dont know what I'm doing. I'm digging peanuts, in about 10 days we'll come back through with a combine and pick them. After that, they get put on a peanut dryer, then sold (these are grown under a contract with the buyer so they are already sold before we even plant).

Not a entry: this is the digger in action.

Ive done that to hold a camera aloft for aerial work in pre-drone days. Its also the only way you can get those legally without a permit while shooting in National Parks these days, too.
