Your not going to find moose droppings in Mn. without wolf scat next to it. And the moose are disappearing fast.

New cameras, fences, and feces. Apparently I haven’t been keeping up with the thread. On the bright side I am making good progress on the bed rack for my trip. Along with photography I also started welding this year. I really know how to choose expensive hobbies.BD713A4C-5B8C-4DAB-9331-28E9DB02C151.jpg

It doesn't get expensive till you get the itch to start tig welding. And by tig I mean AC tig not DC.

Are there places to grab metal up I the mountains or do you have to go down to Denver?

There are a couple suppliers here in GJ, I’ve been going through Pacific Steel because they forward my company’s pricing to me. Seems like there would be something in Summit or Eagle.

Who's in summit? I used to live in Kremmling and then in Silverthorne.

Apparently there’s none. Just figured that there would be due to the size, and location, what with all the constant construction. :notsure:

Yeah I would kinda figure that too but Denver us just an hour drive down the hill from summit.

But my original question I was asking was, who lives in summit?

Not a real “fence” but I don’t have the time to go get another shot. So here’s my new puppy, Rocket “fenced in” in his crate on our way home

My dad had a cabin off of hwy 9 up in Redhill. I spent a lot of time fishing the middle fork of the south Platte, spinney, 11 mile and Antero reservoirs and doing a lot of coyote hunting behind his cabin in all the open land between the reservoirs. I really wouldn't call it a "cabin". It was a large tuff shed made into a summer cabin. It was soooo cold in the winter being it was just plywood with no insulation but it didn't stop us from using it. Negative teens in the winter really suck out there.
