I know I said sunset but sunrises give the same affect. Won't count it against anyone.

All I hear is excuses. I cut out of work early yesterday to make it down to the pier to snap a few shots in the drizzle before the real rain come down.

I’ve gone there so many times and I still get the same feeling. I was honored to be one of the Marines that accompanied President George W Bush to the Memorial in 2006 when he was here it was amazing. Also have a flag that was flown over the Memorial all day in 2007 it was a gift to me the Pacific Fleet Commander Adm. Keating because no he remembered me from when I took him out on patrol in Iraq. I cherish that flag everyday it stays folded up in a box on my dresser.

    Not an entry

A photo I took a while back and just came across in my files. I think it looks pretty cool.
It is an old file originally uploaded to Facebook. And lost. Then downloaded from Facebook, so it lost alot of detail.

On a 3 hour drive home last night this tree caught my eye and made me think of this week's challenge.

My cousin lives in illinois now. He moved here from LA. All he does is bitch and whine about rain/snow. I told him we don’t have earthquakes and forest fires. I also let him know we have green grass and grow food in the Midwest because we get rain to water crops!
