Hopefully it's an on the job injury. Remember once you have an L&I claim it covers any related problems for the rest of your life.

Nope. Took my surfboard to the head on Friday. Would be pretty hard to injure myself at work, and since I work from home, even less likely

    Modern art is strange,..

My wife was on a private tour of an art museum with her work. They walked by a rather large painting 8’x10’ that was all black. The dosan asked everyone “what did you see?” My wife said it looked like someone had spilled black paint on the canvas and tried to clean it up. That wasn’t exactly the answer the dosan was lookin fer.

Most of it is pretty out there. This exhibit was fairly self explanatory. Admittedly, photos don’t do it justice. I’m not much of an art person (I greatly appreciate it but most of it is over my head). These pieces in person were genuinely a sight to behold. While seeming simplistic, their size and geometry are easy to appreciate.

I absolutely hate those kinds of painting, abstract squares, one color, etc. Granted, I am a traditional artist and to me, those kinds of painters are lazy and looking for a quick buck based on some delusional story they hope someone is snookered into. I too would have given an answer the dosan wouldn't have been happy with.
