@Breezy since you answered my question last week, I’m turning to you again. How does one capture a shot like this? Surfer in clear focus, but the wave is blurred? Is this a photoshop edit or is this mostly done with camera tricks? I’d really like to try and get some shots like this and the one I sent last week with the panned horizon shots

    What haven’t I changed?
Looks like a slower shutter speed with panning technique to me. It helps that the surfer was standing relatively still (note how the forearms still have motion blur), but that looks like it can be done with a shutter speed of 1/100s or slower with how the water is splashing around.

Yup, you can go practice on passing cars or anything moving. Try different lower shutter speeds, maybe start around 1/60th or so, and pan to follow your moving object as you click the shutter. If you're camera is moving the same speed as the vehicle then the vehicle should be relatively sharp while the background blurs from the panning motion. Work your way down to slower shutter speeds and toy with it. Fun stuff.

It’s a pan shot with longer shutter time, not a true long exposure. Probably with a mix of photoshop too though lol.

I wish I could find a river with a little waterfall like that to photograph

I love taking long exposure photos, it's amazing what you can end up with. Here are some of mine, including a river and some lightning. :D
These were all taken with my Canon Rebel T2i. Having a remote shutter release is advantageous when taking pictures like this.
