Hong Kong 6 cassette tapes for $5 in the 70's, all Maxell. With what now is called classic rock... Could even hear the needle scratching on the record if you listened closely enough LOL

I still have VHS and S-VHS tapes around here many are Maxell. As I am looking at my prosumer S-VHS deck in the AV rack...

During Desert Shield\Storm we took a lot of video from different sources including flight cameras on the birds and compiled it to Bad Company, Bad Company.



I think that is likely the best copy left out there before anyone digitized it.

VHS will never take off, Betamax is so much superior

 

I can’t play cause I picked this week so I was hoping to see some iconic flags blowin in the wind or an offshore breeze water spray off the back of a wave or an epic altocumulus undulata cloud sunset or something.

There is so much going on here unfortunately most will never realize it.

In 8 days will be rehoming my NSDRTC (USA) sister. She has never had feathers in her mouth or heard a shotgun be fired. Must be crazy but not going to let her be put down. City folks is all I am going to say and let it lay at that. 5 and and a half years old same as my current Toller of course, should be looking at a new pup instead. But these 2 will likely be my last if I am honest to myself. And them. And my physical abilities.

While I loved the point of a dog on birds and a couple of years ago tried going back to an ES he just ran too far for wolf territory here. Breaking they efence on the Gamin Alpha at 1K yards in the woods was pushing it and he pushed it well beyond that.

Yeah I know real bird dogs point. Toilets flush.

What a great picture! But can the young dog pin the bird? And there is always the retrieve with a non retriever? But even they need to be Forced Fetched eventually they will be spured by an old rooster and FF is a requirement, don't care what the breed. Lot of work in your future as is mine.

If a picture is worth a thousand words this one is one of them. Just saying.
