    Thanks! Not HDR. One 30 second exposure, f18, 12mm (24 equivalent), and pretty minimal LR edit. It was a stunning evening!

    Great shot! Sad to say, I kind of miss O-Side! Taking my daughter to Disneyland, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios this summer. Going to stay at the Motel6 that I used to stay at when I first got to Camp Pen. WAAYY cheaper than staying at the hotels/motels near Disneyland.

    What haven’t I changed?
    That's pretty wild! I was expecting to see less wave structure/flatter water in the image due to the longer exposure, which is why I thought it may have been a bracketed HDR.

    Not sure if I'll be able to do the challenge this week. Out of town with no tripod or filters so my only chance will be Sunday night right before the deadline :eek:

    The water definitely flattens out with longer exposures. A little later in the evening, and in the shadows of the pier I took this eerie shot at 60 seconds.

    Don't need a tripod, use the environment or an object you find. Set the camera down on it, use 2 second timer, boom. :)

    Took some last night, just gotta go through them and see how they looked. I'm bummed 'cause my lens fogged up towards the end and ruined a few longer exposures but I thought it was just clouds in the background that were making the blur so I didn't fix it... :(

    I can totally relate. Shooting at the beach my lenses all got sprayed with salty water, ruining the second half of my shoot!

    Yeah, I've never used that particular lens, but I'd be surprised if it could do F45. Thats pretty high. F4.5 is within the range, as is F3.6.

    My photo. I sorta did HDR. But had a main shot of 30 seconds then did a second one for more darks and 3rd for a bit more light. I also used PS for the first time..but still mainly LR.
