    Easy. May even be able to do it with a phone if you have pro mode.
    Need a tripod, lowest iso possible, highest aperture possible, and a nice long exposure. I'm guessing at least 10seconds maybe upwards of a minute for this one if they had a filter?

    Actually you could pull that off with ISO 200-400 f/8 and about 30 seconds. There's enough light there to do it.

    So this one was a tough one to judge. All very good in my opinion. I really like the creativity. But judging by the likes and taking the lead early on, I have to give it to @megillet for that awesome Atlanta skyline. @Cuffs great drunken picture too! @Celery21 I love your outside the box thinking. I don't blame you for not wanting to wander the streets of Denver at night. @upperlefter And the tacoma in the rain was a great impromptu shoot also. @aero3685 how did you get such an empty street??? Well great shots all. I'm really liking these challenges!

    I agree with the decision, amazing photo! (but feel I need to comment that photos posted late on sundays near the end of the contest will never garner the same quantity of ‘likes’ as a photo posted mid week)
