When you're in the camera app, swipe left and choose the "Pro" setting. You can mess with aperture and ISO settings there.

My reasoning for wanting to buy a self-storage place. People pay good money to have a spot to keep extra stuff and never want to go out of their way to go to it. Then if they ever stop paying, you have a company come in and auction off the unit. Just cut the lock off and start the process over again.

Ways I plan on supplementing my pension. Rental properties, a car wash, laundromat, and/or a self-storage yard.

 If I was, I probably wouldn’t be driving a Taco or growing Christmas trees when I’m not at the firehouse.
The only drug I pedal is Narcan. And a lot of it!

Self Service Car wash is a cash business, and all your selling is water a little soap and Time.

It used to be all cash. All the ones in my town require debit/credit cards for the self serve bays. The automated drive throughs take cash or card.

None of the self serve car washes in my town take cards. All cash.
Also, yes storage units are great money makers. Finding a set for sale that is affordable is almost impossible. People know what they have. You almost have to build them new, which can be cheap as long as the land acquisition is reasonable.

Why do you think car washes used to be used so often as money laundering fronts ;) would be interesting to own one that’s for sure.

    My entry for this week.

Not sure if 1/10 is really a long exposure but I knew I wasn't going to get out to shoot at night. This is the Eno river in the Eno river state park near Durham NC.

Couldn't figure out how to do long exposure with my point and shoot, so I used my iPad. It works, but is pretty limited. I learned a lot though. Took a lot of photos, and most didn't work out at all.
