Weight capacity on door hinges before bending/damage can occur?

Just got a 2021 Toyota Tacoma. I'm still in the picky OCD stage of its condition, so I am overly cautious.

I was with my friend the other day, and when she was getting in the passanger seat, she used the open passenger door to help boost herself up and into the seat, rather than the grip bar above the door. I gently reminded her not to do that, but inside I was like "Uggggghh". I dont know how much she weighs but she's defintely less that 200 lbs.

Would such a boost or weight placement on an open door cause any bend or damage to the hinges, or is the weight capacity much greater?

A 200 pounder won't hurt anything, but tell her to not invite her 300 pound bestie.

Its fine. She's good if she keeps her feet off the dash, does not have claws that gauge the door handle cups (how is that even possible possible without trying???!!), and does not spill her coffee and hamburger grease in the car... deary me!

The physics of dead-hanging weight (door open, no feet on the door sill, people playing "bouncy") is different from simple leveraged weight (some weight on the door, some on the sill).
