    I was about 125 when I graduated in '07. Now I'm at 145-150.

I've always been a skinny/ athletic guy, and I get a lot of exercise. I'm trying to get up to about 175...but that's gonna take a while. I eat anything, and everything I want, and I can barely gain a pound.

    Hmm funny you should ask

Surgeon: "So it says here (in file) when you came to see me 2004 you were 200lbs
    Me: "Yep"
Surgeon: "When we did your surgery on your hip in 2005 it says here that you were 215 lbs"
    Me" Uh huh"
Surgeon: "We did the same hip again in 2008 and it says you weighed in at 235lbs"
    Me: "Okay"
Surgeon:"When you came to see me about your knee (back in March 2011) you said you weighed 247lbs"
    Me:"Sounds about right"
Surgeon: "And how much do you weigh now?"
Me: "Roughly oh lets say 260"
Surgeon:" Yeah this weight is not helping out your joints. I suggest you lose some of that weight"
Me:" Give me a good hip and knee and no problem"
    Surgeon: "Stop eating %^*$ing crap"

He might have a point lol.

So I have a had a few injuries due to some sport related injuries and its kind of caught up to me lol. Apparently you cant eat the same way when you are not excersising.

Waiting on my knee surgery this month and then hopefully returning back to the gym and HOPEFULLY back to 200lbs. I sort of have a bet with a friend so wish me luck. The good thing is this forum has a health section that I have been looking at as well.
