I've gained about 10-20 pounds. I've also grown another 4 inches. I wasn't even finished growing in high school or going through puberty. Life of a late bloomer.

I'm 6ft and graduated hs in 03 at 165ish and about 2 months ago I was about 180, so maybe 15 lbs. It has been really easy for me to lose weight as I am back down to 165.

i weighed 150 in high school, but i was really skinny. in my 20's, my frame grew a bit more and i was weight lifting and boxing like crazy. i was a healthy 210, but now that i am almost 40 (and stopped working out) i am nearing 240. ohh, to be 210 again :)

when I graduated on 2005 I used to weigh around 120-130 lbs.

joined the Marines, gained some weight. Now I'm at 158 ish lbs, (laist time I weighed myself was Sept. 1st)

all the weigh gain has been nothin but muscle. I might have gotten a bit taller though, since I graduated I mean.

people who haven't seen me since highschool are always blown away at how different I look now. since I uses to be skin and bones. Now "teh bones haz sum meat on them".

When I graduated in 1996, I weighed about 200lbs. But I was coming off of wrestling season where I wrestled at 189 (stabilized out at 186).

I was getting ready for college football. Through 4 years of that, I bulked up to 240. After graduating college and playing semi-pro, I tarted running a lot and I slimmed down to 196. Now I'm back up to about 245, and it's not very healthy.

So, 45lbs, but with an overall elevation change of about 135lbs.

    The better coast
I graduates 09 and so many of my friends have gained weight. But also they drink and smoke there brains out, I see pictures of them with like 3 hamburgers and stuff. Its kind of sad that all the work my friends did in high school for football and other sports goes to waste once they stop playing.

I personally have lost about 10 pounds. In highschool I was 3 or 4% body fat weighting in around 175 and im 6'2, thats when i played football. Now im maybe 163 give or take a few pounds for water. Im still under 8% body fat but i dont nearly go to the gym as much. Ive probably lost most of the muscle from my legs because i cant work them as much from a back injury

6'4" 1986 160lbs. 2011 over 100lbs but currently losing weight (change of diet & have lost 40lbs since feburary).

Lots of things can contribute to weight gain. For me it was working for Papa Johns Pizza as a 2nd job for 5 years after my divorce. Divorce (depression) + FREE PIZZA + no time to exercise = BIG weight gains.
Divorce was 12 years ago & I'm over it.

I graduated in 2003. I'm 5'7" tall and I weighed about 135 and was working out a lot at the time. I got up to 170lbs at one point and realized I was a fatass. Too much beer and eating big dinners made me fat. I cut my dinners back to just a snack and I try not to eat after 7pm if possible. My side lawn business is also up to 11 clients now so I do a lot of walking behind my mower. I thought about buying a ride on sulky for my mower but decided against it to keep me in shape. I now fluctuate between 145-150 lbs.

I do look through facebook and see people and I'm like DAMN you're a fatass now. In fact, its probably more girls than guys. But on the contrary, I also remember seeing a kid who was 6ft 300lbs easy in high school, now he's a bean pole! Now he's still 6' but maybe 170 lbs.

My girlfriend at one point weighed about 175 lbs a few years ago (before we met)...she weighs about 100 lbs now. She's only 5'4" tall. She became a running nut and changed her diet and lost it all over a period of about a year.
