    left HS at 215 in 07' got up to to about 250 dropped down to 205 in 09' now about 270. need to get my fat ass back in the gym

    Came in as a freshman weighing 95 pounds, left in 2003 weighing a solid 165, now I weigh 180 but want to lose 10 pounds or so doing the Fat, Sick, and nearly Dead cleanse before a cruise on October 1st.
