its going to sag. You're best bet is an add a leaf or air bags on the rear axle to assist. Don't forget adding a pair of bed stiffeners too.

this needs more details. are you on stock rear suspension? and milage of your truck?

ive a 2009 with the OEM leaf pack in the rear and newer bilstein 4600 on the back and my rear leafs are trashed and my canopy is only like 200ish lbs I'm able to maneuver it around solo. thought in an attempt to make up some of the sagging the prior owner threw in a small 1in block to get the back up. and now they are super saggy. now alternatively you could throw a set of airbags in the back as well and that can help with the springs.

Road Active Suspension is adjustable and doesn't jack your rear sky high

I used to have Deaver J66 leaf springs which are super soft. I added some tundra sumo springs (the black ones) and got some more life out of the springs. I didn't have a camper but would load up the bed with auto parts for 24 hours of lemons races. It rode okay and handled the load of the bed. I had a u bolt flip kit so I had to notch the sumo springs to fit. I switched over to icon leaf springs and run the extra leaf when carrying a lot.

Still going strong. Just swapped my OME for Deavers and rebuilt the Timbrens. I don’t notice them when I bottom out.

deavers were on my list, but i found a deal on the OME sub $200 for them as they had some shipping scrapes and some paint "damage" got returned to the seller. so took the deal

Throw some airbags on the back and you will be happy.

On top of adding a leaf, you really need to install bed stiffeners. The bed is more plastic than metal. If you don't install stiffeners, the sides of your bed will sag.
