LUX Ivory soap…I have no explanation for you, I was flabbergasted when I opened it up. Smelled nice though.

Found a completely intact and brand new looking Yetti cooler (big 100gal or so), just floating in the swamp a few days after a big storm.

Last year, it got cracked during hurricane ida.

LED interior, license plate, and fog lights. More to come.
I would contact them and see if there's some sort of warranty.

The bike was neat, I just didn't have anywhere to put it. The fridge is full of LUX Ivory soap, but I have no idea why. There was also a sweet International out there I wanted, but again, no where to put it. If I'd had the shop built that I want, I probably would've snagged all three. :D

It's a shame to see old stuff molder into the dirt until it's worthless. I've seen nice cars deteriorate until they are impossible to bring back... just because someone has sentimental value attached to them and "I have plans to restore it someday" and they won't let go of it.

I'd make room for that bike.

Hit up Heavy D Sparks on YouTube. That looks like a recovery he would be into. Now that he has the Blackhawk things could get interesting.

A few years ago we were out poking around on old mining roads in southern Utah. There are old mines everywhere down there, but we came to one that had recent mining claims on a complete wreck of a cabin and 3 or 4 old hulks like your Cadillac. While looking around a truck rolls up and an older lady gets out. Being a friendly sort I said hi and before long she's giving us the complete story of the mine. Her father started it in the early 50's and worked it until the early 60's. All the old cars belonged to the workers and when they quit running they just left them where they were. A different era to be sure.

Ask me why I didn't record her story or take any pictures. Yup, I'm a dumb fuck. Once in a lifetime chance to hear the story of an old mine out in the middle of nowhere and yeah, I blew it.

I'm guessing back in the day there was a pot farm operation near by and the soap was used as deer repellent. :rasta:
