    Thanks for the info. I always hoped that it was from the 1800's. I would have never found it but, I had set down some equipment in what looked like a good hiding spot. I don't even remember what equipment it was but it sounded funny when I did and I decided to see what was going on. The bottle was completely buried but the body of the bottle was only covered by a very thin layer of soil. I just pulled it out of the dirt.

    My first thought on the table was someone intending to use it several years to process game away from their house. It would make a nice place for shooting if there is some open space to set targets.

    I’d definitely try doing some metal detecting around that structure as well.
