You have to admire nature, this little weed is on/in a concrete patio of a vacant house 36" away from any actual dirt.

I almost want to water it just out of respect for the determination.

That is both cool and a bit haunting at the same time, looks almost like you would hear the boiler moving if you turned your back on it.

I found this old Chrysler out in the woods today. Every time I find an old car all I can think about is how the frame has less rust than my Tacoma. :D

I bought a 1978 farm truck a couple of months ago for the chassis. The top of the truck is a rust bucket but the frame and running gear is solid as a rock. I don't have much respect for the people that designed and built Toyota frames.

It was some old yellow rope. Maybe someone tried using it as a tow strap.

    Dodge Dart/Plymouth Valiant 1973-76.
Still has "the leaning tower of power" 225 cubic inch Slant 6 engine in place.

The Slant 6 was canted 30 degrees to the passenger side to allow for a lower hood line and also allowed for longer and more equal length intake and exhaust runners giving a broader power curve and improving efficiency. Well tuned they were sweet runners.

It was used from 1959 - 1987 in most Chrysler built rear drive vehicles.

I spent a lot of time in (and under) those cars back in the day.
Cars were actually enjoyable to work on back then for the most part.
    Good days. :)

A decently cared for Slant 6 will easily outlast the body, maybe 2 or 3 bodies.
