weird gym people

I HATE working out beside these guys, they are always asking for a spot with a weight you could never lift.

 

what about the mr. badass guy.

i go to the gym pretty regularly here in iraq and it seems that everyone whats to be the next ufc champion...uhh ohh look out! the next rampage jackson. these guys will stand in front of the mirror in front of you and box themselves. wtf?! either that or theyre on the mat rolling around trying to find the most badass way to get up....drives me insane how many bad asses we have in this world today.

 

At my gym there is always this on chick that always comes in the men's locker room. No idea why or why no one does anything about it.

 

maybe shes trying to get a peek of the one-eyed willy

 

We have some of those too. They tend to shadow box and throw elbows between sets!

 

check that my friend just told me she is blind. I never got a good look cuz I felt awkward checkin out a chick in a mens room.

Someone said it already, but Mr load up the bar with 315 or 405 and then squat it about 1/4 way down really annoys me!

 

I dunno how the guys locker rooms are....

The Ms. or Mrs naked in the sauna and walk all over the place person.

I just joined a new gym that has a dry sauna. There's this lady that parades around in the locker room buck-ass naked. Gets in/out of the sauna buck ass naked.

C'mon.... put a damn bathing suite on. It's nice that you're mind/spirit are free and you're comfortable with your nakedness, but please take some time to think about the other people. I don't wanna see your bare ass (or anything else for that matter).

A few years ago i was on this gym, I lasted about 4-5 months there, ive never been too fond of exercise or sports... well the first week i started doing the routines and i always ended up almost puking my guts out....

one day i finished my work out and i sat on a bench, in front of me there was a 30 or 40 pound hand weight on the floor, then a big ass guy came and told me:

are you gonna use that???

I just thought to myself, wtf????? I can barely focus it and you are asking me if i want to use it!

no dude... go ahead...(asshat).... hehehe

 

thats it. i am not coming to the meet and its all your fault. hope your happy dick cheese

 

anybody eleses gym offer Zumba? its like for toning and stuff..........kinda looks like taebo............but WAY funnier

-Gym thug- This guy was obviously on steroids...his biceps were bigger than my head. Going around checking out all the girls....I am doing traps and using the stand-up curl machine to hold my bar between sets. He comes up to me and asks if I am using this....as he is picking up the curl bar on the back side of the machine. I said, yea, kinda, and point to an identical machine not being used and said that one is free though. He slams the weights down, says i shouldn't put my crap everywhere and then went to the other machine. I said "excuse me", but apparently his steroid infested head didn't hear me . Roid Rage I guess.

-Personal trainer equipment hog- Usually they want to butt in when they want to use a machine, so I ask if they are using one piece that is attached to the double cable machine. The girl looks at me like a deer in the headlights and the PT comes up and says, yea, we are using that. Now bear in mind they were using the curl bar on one side, square handle on the other, cable row on a different part, pullups on inbetween....jeezus. So fine, I do a different excercise, now I need to use the cable machine they are STILL on. I ask if they are done, hes like durrrr, we have one set left, and then points to the non-adjustable cable machine. I said I was just on that, I need to use this one now. He gives a big sigh and says I guess I can work in . JEEZ, THANKS! I didn't know PT were allowed to hog the entire machine for 20+ minutes.
