Weird Low RPM issue

Hi all, so first of all I have a 2018 Tacoma 3.5L with an OVtune in it. The other day the truck had a big time hesitation pulling out into traffic when I hit the gas.(almost felt like a bog down) but eventually after a couple seconds the rpm’s came back up and seemed okay. Did this a couple more times and then the big went away but it still feels low on power and low rpm is strange. I cleaned the MAF, throttle body, and changed all plugs to oem plugs(gapped to manufacture spec .032) I currently have no current or stored engine/trans codes. I will link a video of what is happening. I know it seems minor but I think it will fix the bigger problem. I’m thinking it could possibly be the OVtune but I’m not sure. Sounds like a prime candidate for the fuel pump recall
