    Welcome to TW.

Do you mean, after you start the engine? Not just turning the ignition key to the "on" position, right?

If you open the glove box, does the noise get louder?

Behind the glove box is the firewall. Beyond that is the engine compartment. With the engine running, open the hood. Does the clicking noise get louder/easier to hear?

Could be the bolt right behind the glove box on the top right gotta find it and look behind the plastic a little bit. I kept having that stupid noise also and found a thread on here about it and the bolt was lose tighten the hell out of it and the sound was gone.

does it go away at all? It could possibly be something to do with your ABS doing a test of some sort when you turn your truck on.
