Weird noise in my 02 tacoma

    Hows it Goin?
    I have an 02 tacoma and i have been expierencing a weird type of electrical noise it seems from my glove box or bottom of my console. the best way i can describe it is that it sounds like the noise a rear windshield makes when its operating. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
