Weird noise when in reverse from park?

2016 White Tacoma TRD Sport 4x4

Nitro 4.88 Gearing, 3 inch lift, Method NV 305 18x9 -12 Wheels.

This noise I noticed is getting worse and coming more frequently.
Another thing to note is when going to into Drive and turning the wheel left it takes a couple of seconds for the truck to start driving occasionally.

2016 TRD Sport with 29000 miles on it.
