Weird Noise

    2013 tacoma with 4.0 engine . I have this very loud grinding noise when moving & the tach is at 1900 rpms . The tach has to be right on 1900 or it won't do it . Very loud . Been like this for 8 months . Some time will do it sitting still but very rare .Can not find cause .
