Weird noises

    K&N cold air intake, wheels and tires 2.5 inch suspension lift and headlights and tailights.
    So today I noticed a weird noise now coming from my first gen, While I drive sometimes the truck decided it wants to make a cartoonish bonking noise, usually happens when accelerating. Im scared it’s something like a rod knock and this truck is my only mode of transportation and my daily. Please if anyone might know what it is I can try and upload video of the sound too if that might help.
