Weird popping noise in wheel well after ice storm

Any chance at all this is ice built up in some weird area it cannot fall out of but has to melt when it gets warmer out?

Held phone down by my feet I can literally feel that pops under my feet like ice cubes hitting the floor.

Try washing it out and looking under there to see if anything is disconnected, like a tie rod.

 

Had the same noise with ice buildup. Take a stick or something and whack all the ice off. There is buildup near the front edge of the door that needs to be removed too. Drove me crazy one day so i just started whacking all the ice buildup off from everywhere on the truck.

 

Mine does this too.

 

Yup it was ice…. Banged the shit out of it now no noise….never had that happen on any vehicle before.
