Weird shaking at 60+ mph

    6" suspension lift, header, cold air intake, racing brake proportioning system, 33' tires, 1.25 wheel spacers.
    I have same problem, just rotated and balanced and still 60 mph bounce!!

    That looks pretty funky! Pretty easy fix. Glad you checked. Hope it's the only thing you have to fix.:yay:

    Started automatic. Swapped to manual
    First thing is to support transmission with jack with piece of wood on top so you don't hurt anything. Then remove the nuts and bolts attaching the mount to crossmember and also to the transmission. Them raise trans just enough to slide insulator out. Put new one in bolts and nuts back where they were and tighten securely. Pretty easy,huh. GL

    See the cracks in the rubber
    Hey Thomas did you try a bar or big screwdriver between mount rubber and mount bracket to look for problem?

    I see what you're talking about. Kind of hard to tell from the pic... Looks like just dried grease/oil/water. But hard to tell by the pic.

    It's definitely uniform on both sides.

    Its not the motor mounts. Its either the carrier barring or the trans mount. because both have a lot of play in them. Im going today to my local auto shop to see what they think about it and hopefully give me a good quote if they need to be replaced. Im going on a trip up north this weekend so I kinda need to get this fixed asap..
