ELI BEST thing to do is get the truck on a lift, have some one in it once it's raised off the ground put it in gear and stand under the truck and listen to determine where the noise is comming from. While vehicle is raised check u joints and all suspension items.

Let's see what they find. I'm praying it's not a tranny issue. That's $$!.Anything else is chump change.

Well where I bought it. They guarantee their cars so if it's transmission or motor.they replace it haha so it'll be cool to get a new engine or transmission in there haha

Got under 2014 SR5 2WD 4Runner yesterday. That vehicle has a single zerk at both ends of the drive shaft which is a one-piece driveshaft. Whatever.

Same issue for me even after I stuffed the u-joints with grease. Only 28500 on the truck so maybe it is the brake pads moving. Will get under and check u-joints when there isn't a foot of freaking snow on the ground! Come-on! It's April already! Why is it snowing!
