    Hey

I've been getting this weird sound that occasionally comes from my engine when I'm accelerating. The best I can describe it is like someone is shaking a tin of bb's in there somewhere. I'm not sure where to start on what it could be but it only happens when I'm hitting the accelerator. Any helps on what could be making this would be appreciated. Thanks guys!

Sounds like a loose heat shield or maybe skid plate loose

Maybe theres a cat under your hood shaking a can full of rocks! Haha

Actually I would just check anything that you think would be moving when you are accelerating. Or anything that would be vibrating when you are accelerating. Exhaust, intake, skid plates, etc
Sounds to me like something is just loose.

kinda sounds like pre-ignition or detonation (pinging) on an older engine (pre- computer).I'd have it checked out , could be bad for your engine.
