I was wheeling 3 weeks ago and i bottomed out the front left pretty hard, after that the steering wheel turned about 45% to the right, even when the tires are strait. It still tracks relatively strait on road with a little pull to the side, a week ago I started to hear a strange liquidy swooshing noise from the engine bay on startup when i turn the wheels, it lasts 5-10sec, I'm not sure what is wrong.

    All fluids are full

I think I overtorqued the alignment bolts and this prevented the tabs from misaligning, instead it transferred this force somewhere else. Anybody have any ideas on whats wrong/how to fix this.

    Thanks

Spindle may be bent. If the steering wheel is turned 45% to the right when driving straight, the steering rack valve (which is concentric with the steering shaft) would be open a lot more often. The rack may also be overtraveling when you need to steer (since it's now starting from an off-center position). Get the truck looked at ASAP.
