How many times has it been to the shop for this issue?

Currently you have a broke truck, not a lemon. Now if it goes back to the dealer for the same issue a few times then you may have a lemon. Try checking the lemon laws in your state.

Yup, simple sensor fix. Ask them to do the latest ECU revision per the transmission TSB to fix that, you should get it back running and driving better than new.

Should have test driven one while you were shopping. You're not the first person here that's bought the wrong truck.
