President McKinley w/KLM 203P and threw the roof antenna, ICON RXT leaf spring packs (position 2), Bilsteen 5100s, ARE Camper Shell, Pop & Lock tail gate, Dash Cam
So my body pieces arrived today.

Wanted to see what everyone's advice (from those who have done it at least) on welding the core support, the inner appron and the inner fender (also called the frame rail though it doesn't even bolt to the frame).

Better to weld all three into a single piece and then weld to the vehicle OR is it better to weld them back onto the truck one at a time from the firewall towards the front.

I would assemble the panels on the truck first using cleco fasteners to get everything lined up and then weld. Tack in a few spots and go to town stepping around to avoid warping.

Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...
If you do it off truck, it will never fit right.
