Is it recommended to get this whole kit? Or did you mean (2) +6" pieces? And is it highly recommended that I extend them? I dont take the truck out wheeling at all. Just mostly dirt roads to go shooting. The truck is my daily driver.Screenshot_2017-01-21-11-17-38.jpg

Is it just one main line for the rear axle??? Toytec sells a braided line.

I bought mine from Headstrong off-road. They have free shipping and awesome prices.

That brings me to the lift. Next time y'all need a lift go to Headstrong. I got the AAL, 5100's, plate spacer, and OME coils for $460 and free shipping.

Nice lift options guys. I was thinking of the TC UCA my self but ended up getting Light Racing UCA as they are cheaper and adjustable. I put my lift on a few months ago I got everything from Wheelers because I am in southern OR so I just went and picked the stuff up so no shipping lol. I also went with the Wheelers progressive add a leaf pack but it only does 1.5 lift so now i need shackles. In retro spec I should have got the Icon progressive add a leaf pack. please excuse the dirty truck we have had shitty weather so it hasn't been washed. I have cooper st maxx 285/75r16 and they are about an 1/8 under 33's. The center caps for the wheels didn't fit so I am going to paint the drums and front hub cover soon as it warms up.

Did you leave the overload leaf in? If not, you can always put that back in there in addition to the AAL pack and get and extra 0.5" of lift.

No didn't feel the need to I would have to be flexing pretty hard to need it. I don't off road too hard just mostly dirt trails for hunting and playing in snow.

That's about all of the "wheeling/offroading" I do too. Well except the play in the snow part lol since I'm in Tucson Az. Mt Lemmon isn't too far from me though. :D

I still have them and could put them back in but they say the ride will be harsher. not really sure how as they are like spacers and don't get used unless you load the hell out of the bed which I don't. However the rear would still need a bump up even with the overloads so I'm think about the toytect 1" shackle or the daystar 1 1/4" treatable shackle.

I think you should be fine then. When I did the install I dropped the axle pretty far before the line was getting to its max. If you do the install be sure to remove the bolts on the axle for the break line so you can drop the axle further.

From what i've read, the overload does not affect the ride. Just adds the ability to carry more weight and adds the 1/2" that is the thickness of the leaf. Just and idea. If you're wanting more than 1/2" then a shackle would definitely make more sense.
