On a whim, at 50k I thought maybe I’ll just change the spark plugs . I ended up buying Oem plugs . I had read a few people had some loose ones .
but I thought , nah these will probably be all clean and fresh when I pull them out .
Boy was I wrong . 5,6,1, and 2… tight. Enough that when undoing them they give a little like pop free .
3 and 4 though, …. Yikes . They were pretty loose. 3 had actual burnt body and was sticky .
Funny is truck seem to run fine .
Filling up tank and who knows maybe I’ll pick up 1% mpg gain lol.
Oh side note , I did not use the anti seize and I had read that the oem denso say not to use it
It was actually much easier than seemed in some videos . So if you suspect anything , just change them to be sure you are good
This video is by far the best I found …. And I watched Lots!

Just had a 30k mile big service from every fluid , belt to plugs. Three were loose but not finger loose. Plugs looked close to yours, it ran perfect so I chose to replace all of them. I say it was worth it!

Yeah I figure it’s worth just getting them done . I got my truck with30k on it. I wasn’t sure exactly how it was driven or taken care of so I went through all the drive terrain fluids and change , and just felt better about starting fresh . But hadn’t thought about plugs . but at least know they are good now
